Delivery and Charges
Our delivery charges are as follows:
First Class Signed For: £4.50
Special Delivery: £8
FREE First Class Signed For delivery when you spend over £150
European delivery charge: £12
Rest of World delivery charge: £15
FREE International Delivery when you spend over £200
Please note that these charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU and non-UK customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
We aim to ship all products within 2 working days of receiving an order. In the UK, we use a first class signed for or special delivery service. Overseas, we use a tracked and signed service where possible (please note that a number of countries only allow for a signed for service), and we will send you confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched. If your order is particularly urgent or you require it in time for a certain date or special occasion, please let us know in the instructions box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this.
All deliveries require a signature on accepting. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some shared accommodation and apartment buildings will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
We are not accountable for any damages or loss to your goods once they are dispatched, as they will become your property.
Michael Michaud UK Limited insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Michael Michaud UK Limited.
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All of our prices are in GBP and include VAT. You can also choose to pay in USD, EURO, CAD, BRL and JPY. Other currencies can be displayed, but will be billed in GBP and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card or displayed using our currency converter. Sometimes mistakes may occur on prices that appear on-line. We do of course make every effort possible to ensure that this does not happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Michael Michaud UK Limited reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
The offer code must be entered in to the Discount Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please email email@example.com to receive your unique return code. Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with invoice as proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless an extension has previously been agreed with us).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original jewellery box.
Please note that, unless previously agreed, made to order items are not eligible for a refund.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange for an exchange.
